Agency Platform II Training | The Basics
This is the first session of a two-part training designed to introduce beginners to the Agency Platform, a custom Drupal distribution. In this session, we will cover essential topics that lay the foundation for working with the platform. Attendees will learn:
- Navigating and utilizing the admin toolbar
- Creating and managing content types
- Understanding block types and how to implement them
- An introduction to Layout Builder for page design
This training is ideal for both new users and those looking to brush up on their skills. By learning or revisiting the foundational elements of the Agency Platform, participants will gain a solid understanding of the basics, setting them up for more advanced topics in the next training session.
Agency Platform II Training | Advanced
This is the second session of a two-part training series. This session is designed to help experienced users of the Agency Platform get more out of their website. This session is a hands on demo and Q&A session. Topics discussed change each meeting and are geared toward specific challenges or design updates participants are wanting to implement. Examples of topics attendees will learn include:
- Creating Layouts
- Custom Blocks
- Responsive Design
- Getting Creative
This training is ideal for users looking to take advantage of the powerful features the platform offers.
Accessibility Overview: Using Optimize (formerly Monsido)
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve website accessibility compliance, this training provides a demo of the Aqua Optimize compliance tool.
- During this session we will cover:
- Overview of Acquia Optimize (formerly Monsido) scanning tool
- Accessibility vs. Accessibility Score
- Understanding your accessibility score
- Highlight items requiring manual review
- Discuss best practices for making accessibility improvements
