Maintenance of contributed or customer modules and themes that are not part of the Agency Platform Distribution will need to either have a support agreement with the developing vendor, or can be performed on a time and materials basis as part of a statement of work.

In order to provide our customers with exceptional service and quickly implement minor changes, ADOA-ASET may determine that enhancements and feature requests that can be implemented in less than two hours billable time will be provided at ADOA-ASET expense.
